Withdrawal Instructions

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. For a single order delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item; for goods delivered in several partial shipments, upon receipt of the last partial shipment.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees as a result.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided evidence that you returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to Sitrem GmbH, Strausberger Str. 9, 15378 Herzfelde, Germany, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

We bear the direct return costs if you use the return label provided by us. You are liable for any diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
