Shipping

Orders placed before 2 PM are shipped on the same business day. Delivery time within Germany: 1–2 business days, EU: 3–5 business days. For orders over €150, shipping within Germany is free; otherwise, it's €5.99. Every shipment is insured and tracked.

Payment Methods

We accept purchase on account (B2B with payment terms), credit card, instant bank transfer, and classic bank transfer (prepayment). All prices include statutory VAT — for B2B customers, we show net prices; intra-community deliveries with a valid VAT ID are possible tax-free.

Packaging

Devices are shipped in shock-proof reusable packaging — laptops additionally in an anti-static sleeve with a separate accessory box.
