Processing is carried out to provide the shop securely and reliably on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server log data is retained only for as long as necessary for operation, security and error analysis.

We use technical service providers as processors for hosting, database, storage and shop functions. Where processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, it is carried out only in accordance with the legal requirements of the GDPR.

3. Customer accounts and orders

When you register or place an order, we process the master, contact, delivery, billing and order data you provide. Processing is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract and to perform the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Documents relevant under tax and commercial law are retained for the statutory periods.

4. Contact, buyback, B2B and repair enquiries

If you contact us by form, email or phone, we process your information in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Voluntary information is used only for the stated purpose.

5. Payment processing

Depending on the payment method selected in the checkout, we transmit the data required for payment to the participating banks and payment service providers. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The privacy information of the payment service provider identified in the checkout also applies.

6. Shipping and delivery

For delivery, we transmit the necessary recipient, address and shipment data to the commissioned carrier, DHL, where required for the relevant order. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. An email address or phone number is disclosed for delivery notifications only where necessary for delivery or where you have consented.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use technically necessary cookies and comparable storage technologies so that the cart, language settings, login, checkout and security functions work. Processing is based on Section 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies may be used only after your consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time for the future via the cookie settings.
