Warranty
Laptops come with a 12-month warranty. Spare parts come with a 6-month warranty. The applicable warranty period is also stated on the relevant product page or in the offer details. Statutory rights relating to defects remain unaffected.
Product condition
The condition, visible signs of use, technical notes, known defects and scope of delivery are stated individually for each product in its description and images.
14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from an order within 14 days without giving a reason. Details and the model withdrawal form are available in our withdrawal instructions.
