12-Month Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty on every device. In case of a warranty claim, we will repair the device free of charge or replace it with an equivalent one. Batteries are wear parts — upon delivery, we guarantee at least 80% remaining capacity.

Our Grading System

Grade A — almost new, no visible signs of wear.
Grade B — light scratches on the casing, display flawless.
Grade C — clear signs of wear, technically fully checked and functional.

The condition of each device is indicated on the product page. Every device undergoes a documented diagnosis before sale: battery capacity, SSD health, display, keyboard, ports.

14-Day Return Policy

You can cancel any order within 14 days without giving reasons. Simply place the device in its original packaging and use the enclosed return label — the refund will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
