Shipping Costs
Free shipping for orders over 150€; otherwise, a standard shipping fee of 5.99€ applies.
Delivery Times
- Germany: 1-2 business days
- Other EU countries: 3-5 business days
Payment Methods
Standard online payment methods are accepted; for B2B clients, payment by invoice with deferred terms is also available (see separate article on B2B conditions).
Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number for your parcel; the order status is also available in the "Track Order" (Bestellung verfolgen) section of the website.
