12-Month Warranty: What's Covered and What's Not
Warranty terms for all devices sold through our store, regardless of Grade.
What the Warranty Covers
Technical malfunctions that occur under normal use — such as a faulty motherboard, display, keyboard, or damaged storage drive — not caused by mechanical damage from the user.
Battery Warranty
The warranty guarantees a residual capacity not lower than the established threshold (more details in the article about batteries) throughout the warranty period. If the capacity falls below the threshold due to a defect rather than normal wear and tear, it is covered by the warranty.
What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
- Mechanical damage (drops, liquid spills, cracks from impact)
- Natural battery wear within the acceptable threshold
- Damage from improper use or third-party interference
14-Day Return Policy
Separate from the warranty, the standard 14-day return policy applies from the date of device receipt.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Contact us with a description of the malfunction and your order number. We will determine if the case is covered by warranty before you send the device for diagnostics.
