How long is the warranty?+
Laptops include a 12-month warranty. Spare parts include a 6-month warranty.
Can I sell my old device?+
Yes. The buyback form usually takes about 2 minutes. Insured shipping is free, and payment is made within 48 hours after inspection.
Do you offer business accounts?+
Yes. B2B customers can receive partner terms, payment on invoice with up to 30 days’ payment period, and CSV, JSON or API product data. Activation normally takes place within 48 hours.
How is my order delivered?+
Orders are shipped with DHL. The actual delivery time depends on availability and the delivery address. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.
Can I withdraw from my order?+
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form are available in our withdrawal instructions.
